Aaron has called Austin, Texas home since 1996. He studied filmmaking at the University of Texas at Austin, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Radio/Television/Film in 2004.
After college, Aaron spent six years at a commercial post-production house, moving from the machine room to the edit suite. In 2013 he struck out on his own as a freelance editor, offering color grading and motion graphics as well.
In addition to commercial and marketing work, Aaron has longform experience as well. A few notable credits include Assistant Colorist (Everybody Wants Some) and Assistant Digital Intermediate Editor (Lazer Team) at Stuck On On, Online Editor (Marshall Law: Texas, Shipping Wars) at Megalomedia, and Online Editor (Fixer Upper: Welcome Home) at TBD Post.
Recently, Aaron edited as part of the editorial team and provided color/finish for Last Laugh Season 2 at Rooster Teeth.
Aaron lives in Austin with his wife and two children, where he plays guitar in the living room, and practices disc golf in the backyard.
